Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Proof of purchase required
  • Final sale items cannot be returned

How to Return:

  1. Complete our online return form
  2. Package items securely in original packaging
  3. Ship using a trackable method
  4. Keep your shipping receipt until refund is processed

Refund Processing:

  • Refunds issued to original payment method
  • Processing time: 5-10 business days after we receive return
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping is customer’s responsibility

Exchanges:

  • Available for size exchanges only
  • Subject to stock availability
  • Customer covers shipping costs for exchanges

Damaged/Defective Items:

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery for damaged or defective items. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and process replacement immediately.

International Returns:

  • Customers outside UK responsible for return shipping
  • Customs/duties fees non-refundable
  • Recommend using tracked/insured shipping
