Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Proof of purchase required
- Final sale items cannot be returned
How to Return:
- Complete our online return form
- Package items securely in original packaging
- Ship using a trackable method
- Keep your shipping receipt until refund is processed
Refund Processing:
- Refunds issued to original payment method
- Processing time: 5-10 business days after we receive return
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping is customer’s responsibility
Exchanges:
- Available for size exchanges only
- Subject to stock availability
- Customer covers shipping costs for exchanges
Damaged/Defective Items:
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery for damaged or defective items. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and process replacement immediately.
International Returns:
- Customers outside UK responsible for return shipping
- Customs/duties fees non-refundable
- Recommend using tracked/insured shipping
